掌握精密模鍛機(jī)電工程項(xiàng)目試運(yùn)行階段項(xiàng)目管理的任務(wù)
精密模鍛機(jī)電工程項(xiàng)目試運(yùn)行是對工程建設(shè)的符合性進(jìn)行實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn)的階段,目的是通過試運(yùn)行工程是否可以投入生產(chǎn)或營運(yùn),或者還要進(jìn)行完善整改。因而試運(yùn)行管理就是模擬營運(yùn)的管理。試運(yùn)行有單機(jī)無負(fù)荷試運(yùn)行、聯(lián)動(dòng)無負(fù)荷試運(yùn)行、負(fù)荷試運(yùn)行三種,無負(fù)荷試運(yùn)行屬于施工作業(yè)范疇,后兩者的試運(yùn)行是否由工程建設(shè)總承包單位承在總承包合同中作出約定。本條主要知識點(diǎn)是:試運(yùn)行準(zhǔn)備,試運(yùn)行實(shí)施,試運(yùn)行評價(jià)。
The trial operation of mechanical and electrical engineering project of precision die forging is the stage of practical inspection of the conformity of engineering construction. The purpose is whether the trial operation project can be put into production or operation, or whether it needs to be improved. Therefore, trial operation management is the management of simulation operation. There are three types of trial operation: single machine no-load trial operation, linkage no-load trial operation and load trial operation. The no-load trial operation belongs to the scope of construction work. Whether the latter two trial operations are undertaken by the EPC Contractor shall be agreed in the EPC contract. The main knowledge points of this article are: trial operation preparation, trial operation implementation and trial operation evaluation.
一、試運(yùn)行準(zhǔn)備
1、 Commissioning preparation
(一)試運(yùn)行準(zhǔn)備工作有技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備、組織準(zhǔn)備、物資準(zhǔn)備三個(gè)方面。
(1) The preparation for trial operation includes technical preparation, organization preparation and material preparation.
(二)試運(yùn)行的技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備工作包括:確認(rèn)可以試運(yùn)行的條件、編制試運(yùn)行總體計(jì)劃和劃、制定試運(yùn)行技術(shù)方案、確定試運(yùn)行合格評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
(2) The technical preparations for trial operation include: confirming the conditions for trial operation, preparing the overall plan and plan for trial operation, preparing the technical scheme for trial operation, and determining the qualification evaluation standard for trial operation.
(三)試運(yùn)行的組織準(zhǔn)備工作包括:組建試運(yùn)行領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指揮機(jī)構(gòu),明確指揮分工;組織崗位作業(yè)隊(duì)伍,實(shí)行上崗前培訓(xùn);在作業(yè)前進(jìn)行技術(shù)交底和安全交底;必要時(shí)制定管理制度。
(3) The organization and preparation work of the trial operation includes: establishing the leading command organization of the trial operation, clarifying the division of command; organizing the post operation team, implementing the pre job training; carrying out the technical disclosure and safety disclosure before the operation; and formulating the management system if necessary.
(四)試運(yùn)行的物資準(zhǔn)備工作包括:編制試運(yùn)行物資需要量計(jì)劃和費(fèi)用使用計(jì)劃,物量計(jì)劃應(yīng)含燃料動(dòng)力物資、投產(chǎn)用原料和消耗性材料。還包括檢測用工具和儀器儀表。
(4) Material preparation for trial operation includes: preparation of material demand plan and cost use plan for trial operation, which shall include fuel and power materials, raw materials for production and consumable materials. It also includes testing tools and instruments.
二、試運(yùn)行實(shí)施
2、 Commissioning implementation
(一)實(shí)施前的檢查
(1) Inspection before implementation
1、對工程實(shí)體進(jìn)行檢查,確認(rèn)已完成設(shè)計(jì)文件規(guī)定的全部工作內(nèi)容,并經(jīng)調(diào)試合格,符工驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
1. Check the engineering entity, confirm that all work contents specified in the design documents have been completed, and pass the commissioning, and meet the engineering acceptance standard.
2、對準(zhǔn)備工作進(jìn)行檢查,確認(rèn)準(zhǔn)備工作已符合預(yù)期的各項(xiàng)要求。

(二)實(shí)施試運(yùn)行
(2) Implementation of trial operation
1、按精密模鍛機(jī)電工程項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)組織試運(yùn)行,所有作業(yè)行動(dòng)符合生產(chǎn)或營運(yùn)的作業(yè)規(guī)程規(guī)定。
1. The trial operation shall be organized according to the characteristics of precision die forging mechanical and electrical engineering project, and all operation actions shall conform to the operation regulations of production or operation.
2、試運(yùn)行中發(fā)現(xiàn)故障或異常,應(yīng)立即停止試運(yùn)行,在分析原因排除故障后,才能重新啟動(dòng)試運(yùn)行。
2. If any fault or abnormality is found during the trial operation, the trial operation shall be stopped immediately, and the trial operation can be restarted only after the cause is analyzed and the fault is eliminated.
3、按計(jì)劃要求時(shí)間安排,達(dá)到連續(xù)無故障試運(yùn)行規(guī)定時(shí)間,則可結(jié)束試運(yùn)行,拆除試運(yùn)行方案中的臨時(shí)設(shè)施,使精密模鍛機(jī)電工程恢復(fù)常態(tài)。

According to the schedule required by the plan, if the specified time of continuous trouble free trial operation is reached, the trial operation can be ended, and the temporary facilities in the trial operation scheme can be removed, so as to restore the mechanical and electrical engineering of precision die forging to normal.
三、試運(yùn)行評價(jià)
3、 Commissioning evaluation
(一)按工程承包合同約定的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)和設(shè)計(jì)文件規(guī)定的要求,考核試運(yùn)行的結(jié)果是否符合預(yù)期的規(guī)定。
(1) According to the quality objectives agreed in the project contract and the requirements specified in the design documents, check whether the test run results meet the expected requirements.
(二)精密模鍛機(jī)電工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的依據(jù),也是試運(yùn)行評價(jià)的重要依據(jù),是將工業(yè)工程和房屋建筑安裝工程分開的。
(2) The basis of construction quality acceptance standard of precision die forging mechanical and electrical engineering is also an important basis for trial operation evaluation, which separates industrial engineering and housing construction and installation engineering.
1.工業(yè)精密模鍛機(jī)電安裝工程采用(工業(yè)安裝工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn))GB 50252。
